Dear Sorella offers Free Standard Shipping within Canada on orders over $150. A flat rate of $10 is charged on any order under $150.
All shipping fees are non-refundable. Orders will be shipped within 3 business days.
Local Delivery & Pick-Up Policy
Dear Sorella offers local pick-up in North Bay. We also offer free local delivery in North Bay on all orders over $50.
Return & Exchange Policy
You can receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase on all regular priced merchandise or store credit on a gift card within 30 days from the order date. After 30 days we can no longer accept returns. *All discounted items are eligible for exchange or store credit only, within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a full refund on discounted items. To be eligible for return/exchange all items must be in their original condition, un-worn, unwashed, with original tags attached and a valid sales receipt. Face Masks, Gift Boxes, Swimwear, Bodysuits, Jewelry, intimates, and beauty products are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return or exchange. A store credit never expires and can be utilized at any time. Dear Sorella reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements above.
2021 Holiday Exchange Policy
Gift items can be exchanged or returned for store credit until January 16th, 2022. This policy is valid for all gift purchases made on or after November 9th, 2021. Please note, to be eligible for return/exchange all items must be in their original condition, un-worn, unwashed, with original tags attached and a valid sales receipt. Face Masks, Gift Boxes, Swimwear, Bodysuits, Jewelry, intimates, and beauty products are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return or exchange.
How to Return an Item
To start a return, you will need your order number and the email associated with the order.

Once we receive and process your returned merchandise, you will receive an e-mail notification. Your return request will be processed within five business days following receipt of the package. The value of the merchandise plus any applicable tax will be refunded on an e-gift card.
