Workout of the Month - February

Healthy living is so important to us... So we thought it would be fun to start releasing a workout of the month!

February has been a cold month so far and because of that I wanted to give you a workout that will be sure to make you sweat! This high intensity workout is simple.

It’s 8 moves completed for 30 seconds each with no breaks. Once you are done one round you have a 1 minute break then you repeat the circuit 2 more times. That's a total of three rounds taking under 15 minutes to complete! Add this workout to your normal routine or do it on its own. 

 

Here's the Workout:

  1. Jump squats
  2. Push-ups (modify as necessary)
  3. Quick feet
  4. Plank in and outs to squat
  5. High knees
  6. Reverse lunge with front kicks
  7. Mountain climbers
  8. Plank

Repeat 3 times with a 1 minute rest between each round
